What is Dinner Date?
Dinner Date is your answer to “What’s For Dinner?” We take care of all the shopping, recipes, slicing, dicing, and clean-up. In less than 2 hours you will assemble at least 6 ready-to-cook dinners that you will take home and freeze. Then, all month, when your schedule is keeping you out of the kitchen, we’ll help you make sure that dinner still makes it to the table with healthy, delicious entrees that the whole family loves.

How do I sign up?
If you have internet access, you can register through our convenient website. We are also happy to take your registration over the phone. Whatever is easiest for you.

What hours are you open?
Our sessions are scheduled at a variety of days and times to meet the busiest schedules. Click on Session Schedule to see exact times. We are also in the kitchen preparing food each day. Just give us a call before you drop by as we are often as busy as you are! Don’t hesitate to leave a message – the kitchen never sleeps, but occasionally we do.

What’s on the menu?
Each month brings a new selection of 14 dinners to choose from. We rotate items so no dish is offered more than 4 times each year. The meals incorporate a variety of tastes and ingredients. We also combine a variety of cooking styles utilizing your oven, stove, grill, and crock pot. Our main focus is variety. After all, dinner should be delicious AND interesting.

Can I drop in and make meals or do I have to order in advance?
In order for us to remain cost effective and affordable, we do require reservations 2 days in advance for most sessions. But, we do everything we can to accommodate our last minute guests. Just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do. Check out the session schedule to see our scheduled SPEED DATING sessions where no appointment is necessary. We also offer assembled, frozen meals for sale individually.

How many people can attend each session?
We accept 8 registrations per public session to keep our 14 recipe stations moving. Private session registrations are at the discretion of the host

How many people will one entrée serve?
Full portion entrées will serve 6 people depending on their appetites. Taste for 2 portion entrées will serve 2-3 people. You are also welcome to split your full-portion meals into 2 smaller pans for no additional charge.

Can I make 2 of my favorite item?
Sure! You can make as many of each meal as you'd like, as long as your
total is at least 6.

Can I add or leave out ingredients?
Of course. Personalize each entrée to your family’s likes and dislikes. If your family loves garlic, add more! If the kids don’t like onion, make half with onion, and half without! Only the meats are portion controlled.

How do I get everything home?
We recommend a cooler or tote. A laundry basket works great, too!

Do you offer low-fat/low-calorie entrees?
We make every effort to incorporate some healthier entrees each month, as well as offer recipe options to keep calories down. (i.e. skim milk vs. whole, etc.)

Do you offer vegetarian entrees?
We offer at least one vegetarian entrée each month, as well as recipe options to customize your meals. (i.e. leave the Italian sausage out of the lasagna, etc.)

Do I pay in advance or at my appointment?
We request that you pre-pay when you make your appointment, so that we can order your ingredients. See the cancellation policy below.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We order your ingredients in advance, so you must cancel 3 days prior to receive a 100% refund or reschedule 3 days in advance to avoid a $40 service charge. Cancellations providing less than 3 days notice will receive a 50% refund.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards through Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard and also accept checks and cash.
